AN IN-PERSON EVENT SPONSORED BY THE OFFICE FOR ECUMENICAL & INTERFAITH RELATIONS

The Christian Jewish Dialogue of Toronto invites you to discover the rich traditions of the Passover seder, a cherished Jewish home ritual that holds deep historical significance for both Jewish and Christian customs. This special event offers an opportunity to experience this meaningful ceremony firsthand.

The seder is a structured meal that tells the story of the Exodus through prayers, sacred readings, and traditional foods. Through the evening, participants share in symbolic foods of the seder plate, the four cups of wine, and the timeless retelling of the story of liberation from Egypt. The themes of freedom, redemption, and God's saving grace create a profound experience of meaningful dialogue and joyful fellowship.
